Corky Clodfelter brings over 22 years of business experience advising on and implementing a broad range of Human Resource issues while partnering with high level decision makers in consumer products, financial services, education, technology, privately owned service organizations, not-for–profit organizations, etc. Some expertise includes HR Generalist accountabilities, HRIS, Compensation, Employee Relations, Employment Practices, Executive Compensation and HR Strategic Planning. She has worked on a per hour basis, per project basis, a retained basis and handled activities performed by a seasoned HR Executive for a fraction of the cost. She customizes the offering to best meet your business needs while allowing for growth. She has experience with divestitures and with merger/acquisitions. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and earned a BS in Computer Science Engineering from NC State University.

Corky has over 14 years experience with not-for-profit organizations. She has provided strategic HR Oversight, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Employment Practices, Compensation, HRIS and numerous HR activities for not-for-profit organizations. She has served on numerous boards of directors and held the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chair-personnel Committee, etc. She has written many Employee Handbooks, conducted customized employee surveys, conducted customized salary surveys and performed compensation studies for not-for-profit organizations. She has experience with benefit vendor selection and benefit implementation.
